The hostel people were you pick up the keys were super nice

The host was super rude over the phone when I called to ask if I could pick up the keys earlier than check in time (I had asked already over chat and he ignored my question and sent me an automated message)

Booked one bedroom had two.

Theres was not hot water , showers super cold. Wifi and TV didnt work through out the staying.

The photos do not fully match the real apartment. It had 2 separate bedrooms and one common room.

The room was large and had a decent sized bed and fairly comfortable mattress and space to be in

There was no air conditioning or even a fan, so it was very hot. Had to leave the windows open for air but we had an unfortunate incident where a homeless man started screaming at 3am outside the apartment. He was set up right outside. Sound proofing inside the building is also not great. We heard another guest coming in at 2am. The shower was also not obvious in how to use and there weren’t any instructions or helpful info anywhere in the apartment.

The easy check-in process, a kind guy at the reception. The location of the apartment is very central, close to everything and you don't need to use public transport.

It's super noisy at night because of the location next to the street. Because the apartment doesn't have aircon and even some fans it's necessary to open the window to have some air but if you do so you won't be able to sleep because of the noise. There is a homeless guy who slept next to our window and he produced some loud and unpleasant noises so the nights there were not cool. Another thing worth mentioning is clanless, there were some used cosmetics and a bar of soap in the bathroom, looked like no one cleaned it before we came. The sofa needs to be washed because it's very dirty and it's not comfortable to sleep on it because of it. I also asked for linen for the sofa and I didn't find a cover for the blanket which made me uncomfortable as well. What we didn't like is a bunch of fake flowers, that were super dusty. It's better not to have fake flowers at all than to have them all in the dust.
