RIBEIRA OPORTO APARTMENT (NEW)

La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento es muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio. La cama nos pareció muy cómoda y el baño completamente reformado.

Месторасположение, собственник, цена, качество жилья, отличнейшая кровать и в принципе квартира.

Vernieuwd appartement, voorzien van alle producten en materialen. Netjes en proper, goede bedden. Kleine ramen, dus niet zo veel daglicht. Ontbijtmogelijkheden in de buurt. Maar de keuken is goed uitgerust, dus daar ontbijten kan ook.

In de zomer wellicht erg warm, want er is geen airco, er zijn wel ventilatoren.

Very clean throughout. Comfy bed. Very good shower. It was a bonus at the end of the day to have a lift to take us to our floor.

The TV didn't work. Not that we wanted to sit in watching TV but it would have been good to have it available.

The location was central to everything. Short walk to the river or up to all the cafes and dining!

The saba parking garage charged us $60 euro for 24 hrs parking. Not the maximum 21e - No air conditioning - TV too small

The apartment itself was nice and very clean, the bed extra confortable.

The apartment was spotless and the bed very comfortable, but everything else was disappointing. What we got was not the apartment shown in the pictures when we booked. The listing mixes photos from different units – some bright, with large windows and a sofa bed – but ours was dark and faced an inner courtyard just a few metres away from another wall. No sunlight, no view, no air. Before arriving, I had asked about the sofa bed because my daughter wanted to sleep on it. The host replied that “your apartment has no sofa bed” and added “it’s just one night” when I asked about extra blankets. Quite an attitude, considering the price (€126 for one night). When we booked, this was the only apartment available on the listing, so we selected it based on the photos shown — there was no other option at the time. On top of that, there was a very loud, continuous noise from outside — possibly a motor or ventilation system — that was even louder at night. Despite the very comfortable bed, we slept poorly. When we entered, there was such a strong smell of bleach that it gave us a headache. I noticed tea bags and two open boxes of coffee capsules, so I thought we could make coffee the next morning before leaving. But the very next morning, when we tried to use them, I realized that the capsules didn’t fit the coffee machine. When I mentioned it to the host, he just said “we do not provide coffee,” as if that settled it — no concern, no apology, no check of what was left by previous guests > in one of the pictures you may see coffee caps! No one asked for our documents, and the host never checked or even saw who actually stayed in the apartment. We never met the host in person. Not even a simple “sorry for the confusion.” A real shame, because the apartment itself was nice and clean, but the misleading photos, lack of light, constant noise, and the host’s unfriendly communication made the stay very disappointing.
