Liberdade 12 by The Good Neighbour in Lisbon

L’emplacement est incroyable. Le parking en sous terrain, l’appartement est de toute beauté et propre. Le lit bébé ainsi que la chaise haute. Gardien présent la nuit très agréable.

L’eau de la piscine est froide. L’espace est portant surchauffé…

The location is absolutely perfect and this apartment could be a very nice option to stay in Lisbon. It's great to have parking available as well (although there was no information on how to get there or which parking spot is assigned to you). Wifi works well and the washing machine/dryer is nice to have. Good refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktop is a very good model, although some pans were broken/not compatible.

This list is long unfortunately. First of all the apartment is not practical, no ledges or hooks to hang clothing and / or towels, closets are in awkward places, lighting is broken. The air conditioning was working, but there was no way to actually cool the air or take moisture from it. The worst part of it was that the hot water was broken. We had hot water on arrival, just for the contents of the boiler, after that it was ice cold. Contacted the hosts, and they did send a mechanic, 3 times on 3 separate days, of which none could actually solve it. We had to stay inside the apartment for blocks of 4 to 8 hours during the day each time which cancelled our daytrip plans for those 3 days. Not the best way to be able to execute your holiday schedule. The host offered another apartment managed by them, but it was in a totally different location of the city and had no parking space available. Moving would have costs us another day, again.

The bathroom tub needs to be fixed as it does not drain well Otherwise the location was wonderful.

The Apartment decor and overall feel was lovely. We had amazing Views of Liberdade district and the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara from the Terrace. The Apartment has two bathrooms so each person had their own. Music was playing in the park each early evening serenading us. It is very centrally located with great breakfast cafes within a few blocks and wonderful restaurants close by. Train station is very close by and Taxi's and Uber were easy to get in front of building, and Hop on and hop off bus stop is two blocks from Apartment. We had a wonderful 4 days there!

The pool had peeling paint hanging from the walls. It was just too cold to actually swim like 17 degrees Celsius.

The location was great, really close to a lot of restaurants, the metro, train station, shops, etc.. The apartment was really big with plenty amenities (washing machine, baby bed, microwave, kettle, etc..). Looks like the pictures.

The pool wasn't working and can't be warmed, so the water was way too cold. The balcony isn't really a balcony, no space for a table.

Great location. Property was in great condition and very clean. All facilities you need for a few days away.
