L'appartement est spacieux, propre avec le nécessaire. Le parking est bien mais il ne faut pas avoir une grosse voiture. La vue est magnifique et de nombreuses randonnées sont à faire notamment la levada poço dos chefes qui emmène sur une rivière avec de magnifiques piscines naturelles et petites cascades qui vous fait passer une superbe journée loin de la foule. De nombreux commerces à proximité, souvenir, epicerie, bar, pharmacie et restaurants mais attention les restaurants ferme à 20h maximum. Machine à laver top mais l'etendoir très petit. En plus un petit lave vaisselle.

Nous avons appris la veille de notre arrivée que le logement à été loué en double. Ils nous ont trouvé un autre logement sur la côte. Nous avons pu récupérer le bon logement que le lendemain à 16h30 ce qui nous a fait perdre une journée car nous avions les bagages. De plus nous avons oublié un chargeur dans le premier logement que nous avons essayé de récupérer mais impossible d'accéder à quelqu'un au logement et l'interlocuteur via WhatsApp nous a répondu qu'une fois pour nous dire qu'ils allaient voir mais après plus rien. Heureusement que ce n'était pas autre chose de plus important mais le principe n'est pas sympa surtout au vue de leur erreur de surbooking. L'inconvénient de l'appartement est que les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain donc pas pratique pour une famille rentrant le soir. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas dans le séjour dû à un mauvais réglage mais étant au 1er étage et avec les volets c'était bon. Le logement en lui même je recommande mais la gestion par l'agence est pas top car ils ne répondent pas aux mails envoyés pour des informations sur la réservation et le problème évoqué au dessus.

Location was good. The apartment was nice.

The accommodation was quiet and the location was peaceful, nestled in between the mountains.

Unfortunately the accommodation was a bit damp, however that could be due to the location.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. We received an apartment on the first floor. As a welcome treat awaited us - bananas, cookies and wine. The kitchen is well equipped - induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. In the cabinets are pots, cutlery, plates, glasses and other kitchen utensils. In addition, a washing machine for laundry and an iron are available. In the rooms individually regulated air conditioning.

Our comments: 1) the apartment is quite damp - I don't know if this is related to the location, the apartment itself, or the date when we were in the apartment (early May). 2) the “upper parking” - theoretically there are 2 parking spaces, but the entrance is quite narrow and with one car parked in the space opposite the entrance gate, it is almost impossible to park a car in the second space. I had to have my side mirrors folded down to fit between the edge of the gate and the already parked car.

Smell on ground floor apartment due to high humidity. Dishwasher was not working properly, dishes were not washed properly. Dull knives no sharpening tool Frying pan was totally scratched and not usable. Black Mold in bathroom

Good location in the centre of small town. Nice view to the valley.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Internet was not working, even though we were promised to fix it.

Incredible apartment, very comfy bed, excellent shower & bathroom. Kitchen very nice. Spacious living area. Washing machine. Perfect location.

The apartment is located in the mountains, in a quiet village. The design is minimalistic, what we very enjoyed. It feels premium and luxury. Isab elle is very helpful. We had a beautiful view from the window. Also a private parking is a big plus. The bed was very comfortable.
