A Localização é excelente! Perto de TUDO ! Espaço bom, bem equipado, chuveiro que esquenta rápido. Bem arejado, bastante luz do dia. A vizinhança Agradável. O Gato Amarelo do vizinho é um fofo.

A princípio achei que a cama no alto seria cool. Mas o Apartamento que fiquei a cama ficava muito próxima do teto e não dava pra ficar sequer ajoelhado. Subir e descer a noite pro xixi aquelas escadas no escuro é BEM PERIGOSO. O interruptor ao lado da cama não funciona. E o sofá da sala está na hora de trocar, zero conforto e cheio de defeitos nos acentos e encosto.
