"Good location, clean apartment but not much in soft furnishings and unhelpful staff."

Location. Newly decorated. Easily accessed

Really hard bed. Only two pillows. Asked if we could have two more but was told this was not possible. I am really upset about this as this was not the accommodation that was booked. Last minute they asked if we could change due to a flood. I agreed without argument but they couldn’t even bother to source me two pillows!!!! Not very customer focused!

"Ladder vs stairs to get to bed - doesn’t work for a lot of people. The couch was in terrible shape."

The property has great qualities, but the owner should not ‘over’ sell it - it is not stairs that lead to the bed - it is a ladder. We would never have booked. It is not a one bedroom - it is a studio.

Todo, la ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro, cerca de todo, y si vas a la Ribeira coges el Bus 901 ó 906 y te deja muy cerca del apartamento. Todo limpio, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, muy iluminado, muy bonito. Recomendado100%. Y decir que el personal muy atento y amable.
