Perfect location, spacious apartment

Pros - great host - quiet street - surrounded by lots of shops (most are open 10-6pm) - washer (no dryer so we used the indoor hanging racks and the oil heater to speed up drying of the clothes) - large plush towels - fully furnished kitchen with all facilities and tools that you need for cooking

We had a great stay with a few very minor details : - hot water will last maybe 5 mins before becoming lukewarm (standard for apartments this size that are equipped with smaller hot water tanks) - lock box is a little bit difficult to read in the dark (especially with flashlight as silver letterings start reflecting light) - booking.com pricing shows that pricing is all inclusive of taxes etc, but we were requested an additional cash payment of $4 / person / night at the end of the stay. Not an issue for us but might be for others

The property was amazing! Simply but tastefully furnished. All amenities available to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Bed super comfy. Sofa too, enabling and creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere at the end of the day. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine available too. Bottle of wine an excellent touch! Property well located immediate position super quiet yet close enough to walk to the main area. Checking in simple. Received accurate instructions on WhatsApp ( pictures included) to help. Excellent communication with Carla throughout from booking to checking in and out. We did have a problem ( our making!) and without hesitation Carla was able to help and resolve the situation. Would recommend the property without hesitation.

Nothing. Ours was a mother and daughter mini break 3 nights. It enhanced our stay knowing that we felt super safe and able to have efficient communication if we needed help.

Very clear instructions and easy to follow video for getting into the property and everything that we needed once we arrived. A great location and place to stay. Families living in the street and a wonderful local cafe on the corner - felt we were part of Lisbon. Host was really responsive

Location was good although at a steep road. Carla was an amazing host with prompt responses always. The flat contained all minor details to survive.

Water was not warm sufficiently and we could not find how to increase temperature.

This beautiful apartment is so wonderfully located, so well appointed, just gorgeous and so comfortable. It was sparkly clean when we arrived and had everything we could possibly want. The communication was top of the line. Always ready to address any questions and we felt like our comfort was their number one priority. If you want a taste of Lisbon’s old charm with all the contemporary comforts, choose this great deal and perfect location.

Value, location, charm, comfort, communication. It ticks all the boxes. My favorite was the balcony French doors. Lovely breeze and light.

Excellent communication with hosts. Well stocked. Very safe. Clean and comfy. Even left a bottle of wine, which was a very pleasant surprise. There's a lot of hills in Lisbon, and the apartment is a bit of an uphill walk into the busy tourist areas, but I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle.

Not much, to be honest.
