Posizione ottima, a 15min dal fiume e a 5min da una importante stazione di trasporto pubblico (Trindade). Appartamento pulito e con tanti elettrodomestici (da buoni italiani abbiamo apprezzato la macchina del caffè e le capsule di benvenuto!).

Forse mancano alcuni accessori per la cucina (un paio di forbici, uno scolapasta, una padella più grande).
