It was very easy to enter the property and communication is quick. The breakfast option worked really well with it being delivered every morning to the door.

Super schone, gezellige en mooie ruimte. Plek was prima te bereiken.

Douche liep niet door. (Wel contact over gehad en zou opgelost worden)

Die Zustellung des Frühstücks wurde nicht in der vorgegebenen Zeit geliefert (bis zu 1 Stunde verspätet). Die Menge des Frühstück war jedoch reichlich.

Really good location, a 10min walk into main city centre. Very basic kitchen which was ok. Shower had really good hot water and pressure Bed was comfortable and large, was warned about construction noise but it was quite minimal when we were there. Staff were checking in to see how the space was, some miscommunication as posted below but I appreciate their efforts.

The ceiling is very low into the loft where the bed is. Kept hitting our heads on the low ceiling. Not designed very well. So be warned if you are of average height or tall this space may not be the best for you. Bathroom shower was very slow to drain. We had some communication issues with the staff, regarding amenities and we had to keep touching base with them to see when they were going to drop off more amenities. Took a whole day before they did, after they told us the cleaners had also dropped it off. When they didn't. Very disappointing. Also during checkout instructions, wrong ones were sent to us so it was a bit confusing as they asked us to leave keys on the table but the place we were staying at had a number pad lock. Very very odd. I don't think we would stay here again, some things could use improvement.
