Nos gustó lo tranquilo que es para poder descansar por las noches. Tenía una cocina completita.

No nos gustó el sofá cama que es incomodísimo. No puedo dormir mi hija de 9años ningún día en esa cama supletoria. Así que dormimos los 3 en la otra cama. Ya que era super incomoda. Nos dejaron en el cajón una sabana bajera rota y manchada, para ponerle. El olor que tiene el apartamento es bastante desagradable. Huele mal.

Completamente impessoal

I travel frequently across Europe for both business and leisure, and this is by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. We stayed at Sagres Relax Studios (Studio 1) on 21-22 August 2025. Unfortunately, the studio had a serious bed bug infestation. After the second night, I woke up with hundreds of bites across my body and saw a well-fed bed bug crawling on my bed. After leaving, we discovered both live and dead bed bugs inside our luggage, which we now have to decontaminate. This has caused major distress during our trip: we have had to spend time and money washing, steaming, and treating all belongings, and I had to go to a pharmacy for antihistamines due to the severe itching. It has been a week and this is still ongoing. My body is still covered by hundreds of bites, which are very ugly and extremely itchy. We had to leave the accommodation a day early because of the infestation. After we contacted Booking.com to urgently arrange an alternative stay, a “receptionist” from Sagres Relax Studios called me. Instead of apologising or offering a solution, she almost blamed me for not contacting them directly first. There was no proper apology or attempt to help, which made an already terrible experience worse. By the time we were leaving, we were told that a “disinfection team” was on site, but all we saw was a cleaning lady cleaning the next-door unit. Aside from the bed bug issue, the studio itself had a bad smell and humidity. Cupboards smell strongly of mould whenever opened, something other reviewers have also mentioned. Overall, even without the infestation, this property is poor value. Strong warning: Unless you want to risk bed bug infestation, mould smells, and lack of accountability, avoid Sagres “Relax” Studios.
