Apartamento de Praia - Albufeira

The location is ok. The view from the balcony is excellent. There are always parking spaces on the street.

We came to an apartment that had not been cleaned at all, even though we came at 6pm and check-in was at 3pm. All that was left from the previous guests were dirty bed linen, dirty towels, groceries. For the price they rent, they shouldn't have such omissions because the price is not cheap.

Quite location. 10 mins to beach and 20 mins to town Bed comfortable, would have given a higher score if it had a quilt rather than sheets and a blanket!

A few little extra bits that previous hosts have provided. Hand soap in the bathroom, and a carton of milk and water in the fridge as we arrived when shops were closed. Wish balcony was a little bigger and a little closer to town, but these are out of the owners control! Overall would recommend! 😊

Great view of the sea, and good location in a quiet area between old town and the marina. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. They provided beach towels, which was very nice.

It was a little hard to find initially. Good communication with the host as he had to supply gps coordinates in addition to street address (google maps brought us to a different place). Also, it’s on the second floor (for those who might have difficulty with stairs). Note: there is a light switch on the outside of the building that you need to hit prior to entry so you can see and navigate the stairs!

The property is in a quiet area and within walking distance to the beach and Old Town. Close to good restaurants too.

The sea view was amazing. The apt was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for holiday. It was nice that there were toiletries provided, as well as extra sheets and towels.

Hills and steps, too many for us but apt was great

Property was in a great residential location and had a nice view. Apartment was well equipped with AC in the bedroom and a washer, which can be tricky to find in Portugal. There is a security door that was a bit tricky to open, you need to giggle the key a bit. Raul was helpful when we had trouble. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket about 5 min away, also a coffee shop and bar which was full of folks from the UK, so a bit touristy feel. Albuferia town is about a 20 min walk and has restaurants, stores etc. Also the marina is also about 20 min away and also has quite a few restaurants etc and you can also book tours from there. I would recommend checking both areas.

Not much not to like, could never get the over range hood work nor the microwave . Probably user error, but if you also have trouble do call Raul, he is pretty responsive. Parking under the building is pretty tight, but if you are lucky like us we parked to the side of the building
