The space because was big, and we were very confortable, the host was very nice and explain everything in the best way. In general everything was ok

nothing to say, because in general everything was good.

The location, it was near a bus station and there was free parking place near the building

Our recent stay at an apartment in Beato, Lisbon, left much to be desired. While there were a few positive aspects, the negatives far outweighed them, making it an overall regrettable experience. Let's start with the positives. The apartment did match the images provided on the booking platform, and basic amenities like linen, towels, and toilet paper were provided. Additionally, the location boasted convenient access to the city center via bus, and we were fortunate enough to find parking near the building without much hassle. However, these few positives were overshadowed by a multitude of negatives that tainted our stay. Firstly, the presence of not one, but two cockroaches was an alarming discovery. This alone was enough to sour our impression of the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Furthermore, the pervasive smell of mold and humidity permeating the apartment was unbearable. It not only made our stay uncomfortable but also raised concerns about potential health hazards associated with prolonged exposure to such conditions. Additionally, the lack of proper insulation in the apartment became glaringly evident as the temperatures rose. It became apparent that staying here during the summer months would be unbearable due to the lack of adequate cooling mechanisms. Moreover, our frustration peaked when we encountered issues with the provided amenities. For half of our stay, we were deprived of access to WiFi. This lack of basic connectivity greatly inconvenienced us and hindered our overall experience. To top it all off, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the unprofessionalism displayed by the host. Despite being promised that they would meet us to provide the keys upon arrival, with an extra charge of 30 euros because of late check in, we were left stranded for 45 minutes about 2 o clock at night, with no response to our calls or messages.

We prepared breakfast on our own. Location was great. Once we walked to the center of old town (it took us an hour), other times we used Uber

2 bedrooms didn't have windows at all

Very spacious apartment with balcony which really helped us to have the space to relax. The location was good, there are plenty of buses, local metro ect..

There wasn't a welcome book with basic information For example: WiFi code How to use the washing machine Plus local tips. There were no bowls ( cereal or soup ) which I would expect as a basic amenity, no chopping board and the oven info above the dials is worn off so a bit of a guess there when using it. The mattresses are very basic but for the price it just about did the job.

The location is quiet and Beautiful,and the bus stop/ train station marvila is walking distance. Most importantly Luis was very understanding and cordial, he ensured we had a good stay.

Overall the experience was good...

It was really humid, dirty and nothing worked properly. Sheets, towels, and pillows smelled bad.
