Santana Apartment by Sublime Houses

It is a great location within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The kitchen was well equipped including the washer and dryer.

The bedroom and bathroom are really small and crowded. We had an apartment on second floor and staircase is scary very steep and narrow. The location of the apartment is in the alleyway and Google Maps could not get direction to it . Had to call the staff several times to get the directions and instructions how to access the building and retrieve key for apartment.

We liked the smart tv to use netflix, bottle of wine on arrival along with some crackers was a nice touch, good location,

Narrow steps was hard to carry suitcase up the stairs to the top floor, it appeared smaller than the pictures, there was no iron but was stated that there was one and when we tried contacting the host he didnt reply for the duration of our stay. The bed wasn’t comfy, pillow were very uncomfortable.

Apartment comfortable, compact. Fairly well equipped for self-catering. A bonus was washing machine with dryer.

Shower didnt drain out, so had to be quick, so it didn't flood bathroom. No information in apartment how to use things or about area. Great to have washer/ dryer but an iron would have been beneficial too Although description does let you know about internal stairs (very narrow & steep!)..what it doesn't mention how winding & steep the roads are to get to the apartment!! After that trek the stairs felt like entered the eliminator on Gladiators!

Amazingly clean. Good location-close to the Metro. Very well equipped. The owner left some lovely snacks. Newly renovated place will all we needed. The host was extremely kind and patient providing directions

It’s a hard walk with luggage to top of the hill. And neighbourhood at night gets a bit sketchy

Nothing met all expectations

Bed was the worse l have slept in pillows were like boulders. Hardly any basics like toilet paper had to buy some before end of stay. No iron or ironing board no collinder, awful plastic glasses. Poor towels hardly any washing up liquid. Noise from people above. Not accurate description of property.
