Foi uma estadia de 3 noites bastante agradável. O apartamento é muito acolhedor e com tudo o que é necessário. A localização é excelente e fica bem perto do centro de Aveiro.

Para quem vem de carro nem sempre é fácil encontrar lugar para estacionar.

"Buena ubicación."

La ubicación. Estaba bien dotado de utensilios de cocina. Camas cómodas. Por contra a la buena ubicación, aparcar es casi misión imposible en la zona.

Falta de mantenimiento. Una lámpara estaba fundida. La puerta del baño no cerraba. El mando de la tele tampoco funcionaba. A ver, no son cosas dramáticas, pero habría que tratar con más cuidado estos alquileres. Segunda planta sin ascensor, atención a personas con movilidad reducida o cuando viajes con niños.

Me gustó la ubicación,muy céntrica

La cama y el sofá(cama) son muy incómodos,el olor a humedad de un edificio antiguo aunque reformado ,hacia frío en la habitación, el ducharnos con agua fría por qué solo el primero le salía caliente,en fin apartamento barato céntrico eso sí estaba limpió y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Aveiro.

Apartamento limpo e com um bom espaço, tinha todos os utensílios de cozinha, o ambiente era agradável.

a água quente tem um limite de uso, somos em 5 pessoas não dava para todos tomar banho quente, a água ficava totalmente fria. Essa questão foi bem chata.
