The location was good, close to bus stop, tram and train stops. Great size of the unit. It had a nice back yard. Close to grwat restaurants amd pastries. Very responsive and nice property manager.

Cleanliness should be improved. Towels were really old. We requested for changeover which was accomodated a day after. Extra blanket for the sofa bed was stored under the sofa which was really old and was discoloured. There was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Very good location. On a quiet street close to some good local restaurants. O Frade and Prado come to mind. Its also a five min stroll to the Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, the Coach museum and the iconic Pasteis de Belem (home of the Pastel de Nata). I had a car so proximity to public transport was not an issue but the electric tram station was a mere hop away. the location is close to the river and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the Rio Tejo.

It was pretty hot during the day. The apartment has no air-conditioning - the owner did provide a portable fan but another one could help as we were three - two in the bedroom and one on the couch with only one fan between us.

Great location in Belem Lisbon. It was easy to enjoy the surrounding areas. It was close to the train station, to the museums, to a nice park and the famous pastels de nata. The apartment was clean, and it has all the necessities one will need for a short 3 day stay with family.

There was an issue in the shower area where the water was not draining and the hose was leaking, but Rui tried to attend to fix it right away. He was very attentive to the apartment and all our needs. We appreciated his care he gave to us.

Host was super friendly and welcoming. Even had tourism tips for where to go, how to get there, and when the least busy times are.
