Great location, just a short stroll to the waterside. Large airy apartment and in a quiet area set back from the main road. Again, only a short walk to the mini market and several bars and restaurants. Great communication with the host, including photographs sent on WhatsApp to clearly show the property and the key box and how to get the keys. Full kitchen with all you need, if you like to do your own catering. Thank you Rui.

Excellent location at Bellem area. Clean and quiet shown in pictures. Super nice in Summer (or not so cold season). Excellent communication and quick response from Rui.

First night, it was cold (7 degree in Celcius at night) because the unit has been empty. I had to turn on the heaters, but the heaters are not strong enough to warm up the rooms. Worst thing was the noise from the heater all night wrong and had hard time to sleep. The owner needs to change the heaters. This it the only thing I didn't like for the stay. Of course, during summer season, we don't have to worry about the heaters.

Great location, the street is quite and clean, no traffic sounds. Near the apartment there is a promenade, cafe, supermarket, playground and sports ground, public transport. The apartment is clean, new furniture, comfortable sofa and bed, large dining table, high chair and baby bed are also available. A wonderful enclosed courtyard and patio. The owner greeted us warmly and provided information, was in touch.

The electric heaters are a little noisy at night.

The place has a lot of space and the location is perfect to visit Belém and easily move to other areas by public transport. The owner is super supportive and accessible. Nice detail having tupperwares for use

I wish the bed was a little wider having a room big enough
