Ubicación y decoración del piso.

La atención recibida por el anfitrión, Delfim, fue pésima. Llegamos a las 20:01, cuando él todavía no estaba y, al cabo de dos minutos apareció en coche. Lo primero que nos dijo es que teníamos que pagar 20€ por llegar pasados dos minutos de las 20:00. Le dijimos que él ni si quiera estaba y que íbamos con una niña pequeña y una bebé de 9 meses cosa que no le importó en absoluto. Cuando entramos en el apartamento nos dijo que el check-in contaba una vez se abría la puerta del apartamento porque, según él, había un sensor que avisaba de la hora de llegada. Conclusión: ni sensor, ni empatía, empezamos nuestra estancia en Porto con muy mal sabor de boca. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Wel wat lawaai van buiten , tot erg laat in de nacht waren er werken aan de gang , vermoedelijk waren er schoonmaak werken aan de gang thv metro

"Just what we needed! And acomodates very nicely the whole family ❤️"

It was very clean, pretty and comfortable, it had everything we needed, we asked for a crib and it was of good size, comfortable and clean with a little pillow and soft sheets. it was also very nice to be able to wash our clothes after some days traveling. And super well located!

Maybe a bit of noise from the big street outside but it wasn’t a problem for sleeping anyways.

The floors are really dirty. I wiped the floor with clean towels and they turned completely black. The laundry machine was also not cleaned. Also they take a long time to respond to messages, which caused some unnecessary stress.
