The apartment was very nice and comfortable for 5 people. The location was great.

The heater in the living room seemed not to work aswell as the bedroom ones, considering the time of year it was cold in the living room. We let know the man who let us in that the toaster had stopped the electricty when we turned it on he said to let Booking know, I did & the lady who text me about it saw my text and ignored it via Whatsapp.

Great location near all the touristic spots. Bed very comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Excellent apartments with everything you need for living and relaxation! Very close to Trindade Metro/underground station and walking distance to most historical places. Parking place is available at Trindade car park( just few minutes). 30 m Aushan shop.

It would be better to install curtains or blinds on the windows. And ... not related to the apartment itself, but need to be mentioned: noisy up to midnight.

Agent waited for us, showed us the place, gave some useful hints (parking, food, places to go,...). The flat is on 8th floor, good elevator, pretty new building, very nice furniture, all facilities brand new and in a good shape. Excellent location. Good garage nearby, close to bus terminal. Few shops, bakery and cake shop in the same building.

The flat is not convenient for bigger group of elder people since there is only one bathroom and it is on the upper level (the apartment is duplex). For younger groups it is beautiful. Living room is rather small.

The location was good. Close to metro but could not hear it albeit we all wear earplugs regularly. The place was nice and we appreciated the shutters on the windows which block out a lot of the light. We had some difficultly figuring out how they work and the contact person ignored us. The AC works and the elevator was a plus. The beds were pretty comfortable. Liked that there was a kitchen and washer. Checkout was easy and at 12p.

It was very dirty and dusty when we arrived. The windowsill were full of dust and the corners had dead flying insects. The rooms also periodically would have these small flies. When I told contact person she did immediately have the cleaners return to clean again. So whoever rents after us you're welcome! Lol. There was also zero instructions for the appliances available and the contact person plus the host were of zero help. I sent a picture of the washer controls to contact person to ask and she said she didn't know. The appliances were not super intuitive. Check in we had to meet with someone for keys so that sucked. The shower will be low on hot water by the time the 4th adult went, and this is with 3 precious adults that took short showers. The stairs would also benefit from safety visual tape to show the edge of each stair step as they all sort of blend into each other when you're looking down to go down and it's a bit dangerous if you're not careful.

Like the location and the layout of the property

The tv is not working and the shower host is broken.
