This place was very old, bathroom had an awful toilet smell, lack of lights, kitchen table was not stable. No parking place. We couldn’t stay more that one night. Checked out earlier than planned. Also there is a very steep stairs and you have to carry the luggage upstairs. They promised me the refund but I did not receive it yet.

The location was excellent, and Ricardo was very responsive to any questions I had.

It would have been nice to have a mirror in each bedroom.

Nothing we could not stay there because of mold.

Straight away we noticed a strong smell in the apartment of mold, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and black spots were painted over, after one night all three of us got symptoms: sore chest and throat, cough, migraine. Basically we could no breathe. After only one night we had to leave and find another place to stay even though we had paid for a week. The ownee refused to admit there was anything wrong with the air and there was no refund.

Comfortable, more authentic-style apartment rental. It was charming and located within easy walking to parks, shops, grocery, and other interests. The check-in and check-out were easy, and communication was friendly and informative. We had a lovely time here.

We would rent this apartment again, but just note the steps to the apartment are steeper and the entryway is shallow. Also, even on the shoulder season, there will be more urban-like noise from the close proximity to restaurants and neighbors. We like the ease of being near the center of everything, but if you aren't used to the noise level that comes with being near the center, you might be surprised.
