Various issues - Martha didn’t confirm if we had received the code to enter the property - no email correspondence via booking.com except for a “hello” and a confirmation we could check in at 10pm. We were subsequently left stranded at 10:30pm without the entry code even though it said someone would meet us upon arrival at the property. Very awful experience as we had to google the head office number and a kind man Miguel sent the correct details with an entry code to the property. Martha was unreachable. The room floor was really dirty and dusty- I raised this with Martha who sent cleaners that made absolutely no difference to the frankly very grimy floor!
