The location, natural light, elevator, and helpful-friendly staff.

Several broken items (lamps, oven, shower head, heater, bathroom door, etc) very poor maintenance, cheap furniture, no full body mirrow.

"Disappointing"

Good location, easy-to-find, friendly staff, large apartment space to stay in, good security with password code and elevator.

Broken things in every room, no curtains in front of windows, mold in the shower cabin, sticky (Very dirty) table tops in common area, wifi not properly working (for few minutes works, then suddenly drops out, tried this several times to no success).
