We liked everything about the property, its location, spacious and airy, extremely clean and comfortable accommodation, everything you could possibly need was there

There was nothing to dislike at all in our opinion

Good location – about a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town and the beach. There was no noise from the bars downstairs. The living room is spacious, with lots of windows and a balcony. Ruben was very kind and responded quickly to our question. He also provided an excellent online guide for the apartment, which was very convenient. There are many different amenities – a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, oven, and a large TV.

However, the apartment doesn’t look exactly like in the pictures. The floor is quite worn, and the wardrobe looks rather old. The shower hose was in poor condition, and there were hairs on the bathroom wall. The sink tap in the bathroom is very inconvenient to use. The living room is bright during the day, but in the evening, the lighting is insufficient. Even though there are extra lamps, they are all quite dim. When we arrived, there was strong wind, which caused a draft in the apartment because one of the windows was broken and wouldn’t fully close. This was the issue we contacted Ruben about. He responded quickly, explaining that all the windows were like that and that the original locks were no longer produced, so alternative locks had been installed. He advised us to close the shutters, which mostly helped, but that meant the room was in complete darkness. The windows are not very well insulated in general, but that particular window is actually broken, with visible physical damage. If it cannot be fixed, maybe it should be replaced(?) The smallest burner on the stove is broken. One evening, the neighbors played loud music, and the next morning, around 8 am, someone started renovations, which was also quite noisy. There was only a remote control for the Xiaomi TV box, but not for the TV itself. Having the TV remote would have been useful because I could have connected my phone directly, but we couldn’t find it anywhere.

Good communication and friendly host, free parking, nice views, very spacious. Not too far to walk into the old town. Had everything we needed.

It was clean, easy to access and a great location. Ruben was extremely helpful and accommodating which made our trip even better.

Location was on the edge of Albufiera - 20 mins walk

Albufiera has a lot of small hills, it was the end of the season and one of our favourite restaurants closed. That said it was a trade off for winter sun at off-peak prices.

Beautiful location. Excellent apartment. The Owner Ruben was extremely helpful on the end of the phone and couldn't do enough. We will definitely be back next year. Clean apartment, comfortable, friendly location. Fabulous restaurants, and so much to do. Great gym on site. Bars transport. We felt safe, and well looked after. 10 oot of 10.
