Ruben was always on the other end of the phone ...location was lovely and swimming pool quiet ..great views and walks to restaurants wjhich were closeby ...

Nothings really ...taps are set far back from sink ...but no problem ....

"Klasse Appartement mit toller Aussicht"

Das Appartement ist riesig und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Host ist immer erreichbar und antwortet sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist praktisch und toll gelegen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Aussicht morgens auf die Marina richtig klasse.

Man könnte Kleinigkeiten an der Ausstattung modernisieren, z. B. den Wasserhahn im Bad und die Dusch-Armatur. Ansonsten alles super.

"Fabulous"

Lovely apartment fabulous view over marina. Perfectly situated, taxi rank outside the front door and numerous restaurants, cafe, amusements, boat trips etc downstairs on the marina. Ruben was a lovely, friendly, helpful host.

Just a note not a criticism but there are 40 steps down to Marina so not suitable if you have difficulty walking. Unless there was a lift and we missed it.

Propreté de l’appartement Réactivité de Ruben pour toute demande Appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Piscine sale mais signalée à Ruben qui a immédiatement contacté la copro et un grand nettoyage a été fait dans la foulée 👍🏻 La salle de bain pourrait être rafraîchie car un peu vieillotte et quelques odeurs nauséabondes Et l’appartement étant pour 4 personnes, 2 chaises pliantes supplémentaires pourraient être disponibles pour la terrasse mais ce n’est qu’un détail

This was our fourth time to stay here Ruben is a wonderful host allways on hand if you need anything apartments are excellent a real home from home would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter holiday away from the main strip plenty of restaurants to choose from on the marina only a short walk to the old town for a bit of shopping
