Zentral gelegen, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, günstiger Abholservice vom Fluhafen. Zimmer sauber. Lage sehr zentral mitten in der Alfama.

Es ist sehr laut, sowohl von außen (Alfama) als auch von den anderen Mietern. Auch wenn wir es so gebucht haben, es ist schon sehr eng. Keine Steckdose im Bad.

Nice clean apartment cleaning staff very nice and friendly

The manager of the apartment Diogo was initially very welcoming sending frequent messages enquiring about our stay and not to hesitate to contact him should we need anything we were over for a family wedding on Saturday the 11th of April on returning to our apartment at approximately 0140 we found ourselves locked out of apartment because the key wouldn't open the door we made numerous attempts to contact Diogo eventually he responded to us at 0207 he was not very helpful and extremely distressing trying to deal with him eventually at around 0320 Bruno the maintenance man arrived to try and get us in which he did Bruno was very pleasant and helpful the following morning when we headed out to local shop for some groceries and on return we had the same problem with lock and found ourselves locked out again the cleaning lady tried to help us and we managed to get in she told us there was an issue with the lock on door of no 3 for some time no other apartment had any issues it wasn't a pleasant ending to our day

Everything. Could have done with showers not going cold quickly but amazing everything. Comfy beds. We had the lower ground apartment which is perfect. Means it will be colder
