Avoid this property. The listing is, in my opinion, extremely misleading. The main photo prominently features a modern white home that is not the property we received. The highly rated reviews and overall score also appear to be associated with a larger collection of properties rather than this specific garden apartment, creating a very different expectation from the reality. Because the property we were assigned looked nothing like the advertised photos, we spent approximately 1.5 hours driving around trying to locate a building that matched the listing. It simply did not exist. The actual apartment was a completely different property and a completely different color than what was advertised. The listing also advertises private parking. There is no private parking. Parking is inconvenient and requires a significant walk, something that should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking. When we finally found the property, the problems continued. The lockbox was broken and extremely difficult to access. Once inside, we were immediately hit with a strong odor of mold, mildew, and mustiness. We found visible water damage, mildew, cobwebs, a broken window, and what appeared to be mold throughout the apartment. My son and I experienced immediate allergic reactions and knew we could not stay there. We contacted the property manager through Booking.com’s messaging system immediately upon arrival. We waited for a response, exhausted after a full day of travel, but never received one. After an hour, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel at our own expense. The most concerning part is that the property has never responded. Not to us, and according to Booking.com, not to them either. We paid for a property that was misrepresented, appeared unsafe, and was completely uninhabitable for our family. I have traveled extensively and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable.

Petite maison avec tout confort dans une petite ruelle à 2 pas de la plage, disposant d’une très belle terrasse où nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners. Chambre un peu petites mais ça fait partie du charme de la maison.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchenette and beautiful decorations. Very spacious and incredible view.

Fab location and very well appointed and maintained

We suggest a latch on the patio door screen to allow us to open the sliding doors to get fresh air overnight. Perhaps some sun screens as the patio faces west.
