BEAUTIFUL and spacious apartment in the heart of Lisbon, very kind staff, private underground parking, many restaurants and hot spots nearby.

Our flight had an 8 hours delay and we arrived at 11:45 pm on a Saturday and the person in charge was there to greet us , super friendly! The apartment was very nice and very clean, had everything you for a comfortable stay. Close to everything, just walking. We liked it had its own private garage with an elevator to our apartment floor. You have a market just next door, a pharmacy one block away, a hair salon in front and several restaurants around. My husband and I were very happy for having chosen it!

just a recommendation, The parking garage is not spacious like many parking lots in Europe. we rented a mid station wagon and had difficulties with parking slot curves and spaces. If you are renting try a smaller car :)

Loved the location, great sunny apartment with plenty of room, had everything you needed. Host provided lots of usual information, handy supermarket downstairs and we were able to walk everywhere easily. Loved sitting in the square close by having a drink outside Carmo Convent.

Whilst we loved the apartment, it desperately needs some attention and general maintenance. Most you could ignore but not the damp and mould on the walls, particularly in the bedroom which has been covered over with wallpaper but black mould still visible. I wouldn’t want to stay in Winter, it would be a health hazard. There’s double glazing but not much use when the house rule is not to use the air con after 10pm. Slept with windows open and woken early hours every day by workers dragging bins through the courtyard. We stayed for a week.

L'appartement proche du métro pour se déplacer

Apartamento amplo, limpo, com excelente localização. Completo, com todas as comodidades descritas e em ótimo estado. Próximo a restaurantes, cafés e vários pontos turísticos. É possível caminhar até os pontos. Para quem quiser evitar as ladeiras de Lisboa, também não tivemos problemas para chamar Bolt ou uber na região. Fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados pelo Guilherme. Super recomendo!

Nada desagradou

Era muy cómodo y espacioso, muy céntrico, todo estaba muy cerca.

Las almohadas pueden mejorar

La ubicación y la atención fueron estupendas. Nos estaban esperando para darnos las llaves y guiarnos por el parking hasta la parcela reservada. La ubicación céntrica y tranquila con un supermercado en los bajos del propio edificio.

El apartamento tenía bastantes humedades en las paredes de la fachada, entiendo que un problema de todo el edificio, pero se podrían tapar de alguna manera. El sofa del salón un poco sucio con pelos en asiento y respaldo
