Everything, staff was exceptionally friendly and profisional ( Caterina)whether online or upon welcoming us in the apartment for orientation. Very smooth check in. Clean,spacious, very well equipped, excellent location in the heart of the city. A big supermarket is just downstairs. It deserves more than 10/10

Superb location; good apartment size, good daylight. Car park slot reserved !

Bedroom wall "stained", bedroom poor ventilation , poor quality pillows, hand basin hot water faulty, shower door not properly waterproofed
