Everything!!! Location is perfect and really nice to stay for family.

We loved the location. Very walkable! The flat was large and perfect for our family of 4. We also liked the free parking spot.

The bed creaked

It was extremely spacious, clean and close to very many things!

Apartment is in a good location, close to shops and restaurants.

Many parts of the apartment were very dirty and run down. Covers on sofa and cushions on sofa bed were badly stained. Paint on walls in many rooms peeling and thick layer of dust on skirting boards. Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom when toilet was flushed and after using the shower. Area around extractor fan in the bathroom showing evidence of mould. Dining room table marked and curtain in kitchen torn. We were required to dispose of our own rubbish at the end of our stay - Surely this is the responsibility of the landlord rather than the paying customer.

Location is amazing, just steps away from Carmo Convent and Santa Justa Lift (top). The staff is ready to help you as soon as you contact them. Thanks Joana.

Overly worn towels, linens, sofa covers give the impression it’s dirty and a sense of disappointment the first time you enter the apartment. First impression is important. same happens with the paint on the walls appears it hasn’t been painted in years.
