The phone number provided to contact the individual who had the key was no longer in service. It took awhile to find an alternate method to contact that individual. If I had looked at my cell phone, I would have found a text message with the correct phone number. The internet connection and TV were not working initially. We had to call the property manager to resolve the problem. We were required to take trash and garbage with us when we vacated the property. Fortunately, we found trash receptacles in a nearby public plaza.
