It was close to my bus stop

The accommodation was booked specifically for a short overnight stay, as I had an early flight the next morning and needed to leave for an 7:00am bus. Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay relating to basic hygiene, safety, and maintenance. Firstly, there was no toilet paper provided in the apartment on arrival or during the stay. This is a basic hygiene item that guests reasonably expect to be available. I contacted the host during the stay to report this, but I did not receive any response until the following day, after I had already checked out. After check-out, the host stated that the toilet paper “should have been in the corridor,” however it was not present there at any point during our stay, and this was not communicated in advance. All shops were closed and I couldn’t get any. There were no bath mats, or hand towels. Secondly, when getting out of bed early in the morning to leave for my flight, I hit my head very hard on the low ceiling/roof in the attic bedroom. This caused immediate pain and left a visible mark. The low ceiling clearance was not clearly highlighted or adequately warned about, and this raises a safety concern, particularly for guests waking early, tired, or in low lighting. In addition, one of the dining area chairs was broken and coming away from its hinge, creating a risk that a guest could fall if sitting on it. This represents another safety issue that was present during the stay. Finally, there were very visible stains on the sofa, which gave the impression that the apartment had not been properly checked or maintained prior to our arrival. Because the host only responded after check-out, there was no opportunity to resolve any of these issues during the stay. Taken together, these matters meant the accommodation was not properly equipped, maintained, or presented to a reasonable standard for a short-term stay.

4 andar sem elevador

La ubicación, que tuviera balcón y que permitan mascota.

Es un 4 piso sin ascensor con escaleras muy incómodas, y para subir a la habitación más escaleras terribles. Pero lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza. Muy sucio todo, la cocina llena de grasa, sin bayeta, ni papel, ni platos hondos. De hecho compré dos tazas y no la hemos usado. La placa sucísima. El baño con una alfombra que no es de baño y se sale todo el agua de la ducha, 2 rollos de papel para 1 semana y 2 toallas por persona. No tienen cepillo ni fregona. El colchón sin protector y la almohada. Hemos pasado mucho asco. El sofá que hay es ridículo y lleno de manchas.

Ubicación perfecta en el casco viejo pero sin ruido cama muy cómoda buen olor de sábanas y toallas cocina bien equipada.

Las escaleras un poco cansado para subir y bajar las maletas, baño pequeño.

Struttura ben arredata, comoda e in pieno centro di Coimbra

Ubicación excelente y limpieza del apartamento.

Se salía el agua de la ducha y había cosas rotas o en mal estado.
