The apartment boasts a fantastic location near Praça do Comércio and numerous restaurants. Public transport stations for the subway and bus services are conveniently close and easily accessible on level ground, without any stairs or uphill climbs, which is typical for Lisbon. The apartment is located on the second floor, but the building features an elevator. The master bedroom and living room offer a cozy atmosphere.

(1) I experienced an attempted criminal activity. It appears that the host (FLH - Feels Like Home) has a data leak issue. After a few days of making the booking, I was contacted by someone pretending to be the apartment manager. To my concern, they possessed my full name, email, phone number, and knowledge of my upcoming stay. Their primary mode of communication was through WhatsApp. They attempted to convince me that my initial payment had been canceled and requested a second payment. I received a phishing email for the fraudulent payment, which was not only sent to my email but also through the Booking messaging system. As someone well-versed in IT and attentive to digital security, I promptly contacted FLH using their official email address to seek clarification and verify the identity. Regrettably, I received no response despite multiple reminders. This lack of communication raises suspicions about their involvement in the scam. I strongly advise avoiding FLH at all costs. (2) I encountered delays in receiving check-in instructions via email, which arrived a day after my intended check-in date. To complete the check-in process, I had to make an international phone call to FLH, resulting in significant roaming charges for me. This inconvenience could have been easily avoided had the check-in instructions been provided on time via email. (3) The apartment is more suitable for a maximum of 2 adults, as it consists of one proper bedroom. The second bedroom, or rather a small room, appears to have originally served as storage space. It contains two uncomfortable bunk beds, which may only be suitable for children. (4) While the bathroom connected to the master bedroom offers comfort, the one accessible from the main corridor is incredibly cramped. A person of average build would need to contort themselves in acrobatic movements similar to the game "Twister" to enter the bathroom.
