FLH Lux Baixa Flat - Historical Center near Tejo River

Quality restored facility in charming Alfama. Thick window shutters shut out all sounds if the city. Nice appliances.

Beautiful spacious apartment, great having 2 bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms. Great well equipped kitchen. Great location, cafe, restaurants just outside the door and on a pedestrianised road 😀

A suggestion for a mirror in the bedroom or large walk in wardrobe. Only a small mirror in the bathroom.

Very good communication with the owner for the keys. Amazing position, exactly on center of Lisbon. Apartment was quiet and spacious.

Μattress of single bedroom and sofa should be changed. Τoiletries should have ratio of 1 to 1 (we were 3 and had 2 toiletries ). Also could have some garbage bags.

Great location, cute and clean apartment. We loved the restaurants downstairs and close to shopping and historical sites. Loved the walk-in closet in the bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped.

We had to take an Uber from the airport to the office to pick up the keys and then take another Uber to the apartment. We wish the key would have been available at the apartment location. Also the pull out couch in the living room was pretty awful. Not only is the mattress very old and uncomfortable but the bed squeaks every time you move. Our daughter got a back pain from sleeping on it. Additionally, whoever was staying above us (the first night) kept walking for hours in the middle of the night, just above our bedroom and you can hear every single step. The floors do not have a good soundproof.

a flat that nicely fits 3+1+2 people ! as long as the last 2 dont mind a thin sofabed, then its fine..the main bedroom is super cozy though !

if you bring large and heavy luggages , please be prepared to drag them on the steep; bumpy roads. if you bring car along, the nearest carpark is like 600m away , and it costs quite a fortune.. oh and the path to the entrance is a no-go for the car , and finding free parking in the road is quite of a challenge..so good luck and organise your trip before arriving ;)

Location great close to everything .Plenty of room and able to use a washing machine .

Would have been better to have some complimentry tea coffee washing powder etc .

The flat is very well located in the historic part of the city on a pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants. The living room is generous and nicely designed. The second room is very, very small (my son who used it named it "my closet"). If you are not claustrophobic, I guess it may be ok since you just have to sleep in it. The apartment was clean, and I liked the idea that it has a dressing room and two bathrooms, even if the bathroom on the hole is very small.

I think the way keys have to be collected from a very different location, located quite far from the flat, may be inconvenient. The second problem regards the bedrooms' windows which open to a small interior court full of air-conditioning units and smell. It was very hard for us to get some clean air since opening the windows generated most of the time an increased noise and odours.
