Apartment Guarda-Mor

Muy lindo y cómodo el apartamento y nos ayudaron mucho a poder organizar la llegada y la salida. El apartamento está super bien equipado y mega limpio. La zona es muy bonita y tiene muchos cafés cerquita para desayunar. Un éxito.

Climbing the stairs with a big suitcase is a challenge as they are steep and narrow.

While sleeping on the sofabed, the refrigerator kept making strange noises during the night and disturbed my sleep.

Location and the host responded to questions promptly

The only difficulty we had was that the AC filter may require a clean. It was mostly felt by me as I have a dust allergy making me more susceptible to it.

The stairs to our 3rd floor walk up apartment were steep but without any railings.

The apartment is good, the location is good too (if you use public transport, consider more options. The bus is not the most comfortable if you have large suitcases). Beds are comfortable. Stairs are not that bad as is written in some comments.

1, The owner's communication is quite annoying. You receive (probably automatic) emails reminding you to do the mandatory online check in, even if you have already registered. She asks you several times before arrival when you will arrive and to remind you not to forget to pay the city tax and if cash or by bank transfer. I always replied fast, but still it came again. She wishes you a nice stay after the first night, but reminds you to keep quiet at night and not to smoke (we are non smokers and traveled with child, we went to bed early). She asks you several times when you will leave and reminds you to take the garbage out to the street containers. 2, the sofa bed for 3rd person was not prepared. 3, The garbage collectors take out the garbage on the stret at night (0:00-2:00 a.m.), bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper
