Apartment Guarda-Mor

The apartment is localised in old building, 7 minutes walk from Santos railway station. It's placed on the attic what makes it cosy and warm. There was extremely clear and silent. And what is more - the apartment is very modern and comfortable for 4 persons. This apartment is equiped with washing machine, nespresso coffe machine for large capsuls, fridge, tv set, electric cooker and all dinnerware you need to prepare something to eat. Moreover contacting to the owner or service representative was very easy and clear. They are very helpful and kind. I strongly recommend stay in that place. Because we traveled by public transport means I do not assess whether it is good location for car's owners. I couldn't see fre spots for cars and only remember that there is a yellow parking zone - whatever it means.

The host was extremely nice and helpful - answered all questions and was available the whole time. Good design tiny apartment.

The place is very small and narrow, the stairs are steep and for small kids not very comfortable. You can hear what happen in your neighbours- it was so noisy. Definitely not suitable for tall people with kids:)

The host was communicative and responded to our requests immediately. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen.The bed is big and comfortable.

Towels and bed linen are obviously changeable.

It is a very cute apartment close to the city center. Easy access to the public transportation, restaurants and shops. It has all the amenities needed for our stay.

The pillows were very soft and thin. If you have a large and heavy luggage it would be hard to get to the apartment because there is no elevator and ours was in the 3rd floor. But for us it was okay, our luggages were not heavy and were small.

The location was ideal as it was in a quiet neighborhood. Many locals greeted us on the streets with a smile. Very close to a small grocery store which was convenient for us to make our daily breakfast before heading out. The view from the 3rd floor was kinda cool as we would open the window and see what it was like to be part of the local community, see how daily life was.

I remember reading about the stairs when booking, and we are very fit people. The were not an issue for our daily in and out activities, but it was a bit of a challenge for our 50 lbs suitcases. And, one little detail, but nothing major... the coffee machine was dirty (spilled coffee in the overflow container) which attracted some fruit flys.

The apartment is located on the topmost floor of old house in stylish neighborhood of Santos, 5 minutes walk from Santos train station with direct connection to Belém and Cascais. Clean and cosy apartment suitable for family of 4 is well equipped.

It was a bit difficult to move all luggage to the third floor via narrow wooden staircase, but could be managed.

Location was good, fairly easy walk down to rail station, main square, time out market. Some restaurants close by and small supermarket. It was quiet as on a one way street.Washing machine was handy,

The steep stairs with no hand rail. Better pillows would help.
