De ruimte en privacy van de accommodatie.

Het zwembad is niet vrij te gebruiken, omdat verhuurder en eigenaars met elkaar ruzie hebben en inmiddels elkaar met advocaten bestoken. Sinds 2 maanden is een nieuwe Russische eigenaresse die ons al zat op te wachten en duidelijk maakte dat het zwembad alleen nog toegankelijk is voor eigenaren van het appartementen complex. Na melding wisten ze al wie het was en is de manager van de verhuurder langsgekomen en heeft een enorm lang gesprek gevoerd met 2 eigenaren. Wie gelijk heeft was voor ons niet duidelijk, maar wel is het niet prettig, als over ons als huurders wordt gesproken, en je wordt aangekeken. Laat staan dat je lekker een dagje bij het zwembad gaat liggen. Dit betekende dat we geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad terwijl juist dit de reden is om deze accommodatie te boeken!!

What a great place, it’s super chilled out and pool was fab

There was a bit of construction work going on next door but it was only bad one day and obviously couldn’t be helped.

A very modern and large apartment within 15 minutes walking distance to the Tamariz Beach. Helpful personnel. Clean rooms and a very well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning available. Large saloon and a dining place onsite, and a private mini garden outside (on the way to the pool). The shared pool (with a few apartments, but we were always alone in it) was nice, with warm water, perfect for cooling down the body after spending time in the sun. Very comfy beds and mattresses for sleeping (sleep well with your wife without catapulting her to the ceiling, if you know what I mean :) ). A desk for working, three bathrooms, and other things you will need in your daily life. Fully recommended.

A bit pricey, but it was so comfortable that you won't want to go anywhere outside :)

Leiligheten var veldig pen, stor og ren. Du har alt du trenger. Hyggelige verter som svarer raskt på meldinger. Nydelig liten privat hage.

Under vårt opphold var det veldig varmt og da var dessverre ikke aircondition effektiv nok selv på den laveste temperaturen. Et spisebord utendørs for 4 personer hadde vært fint. Bassenget kunne vært renset litt oftere.

Gorgeous apartment , really good size. loved the decor very quirky and fantastic touches, and the amazing feel of the apartment and would recommend to anyone wanting a modern classy apartment 🥰 Pool and Garden was really lovely and relaxing

A couple of things had previously been damaged ie garden sofa and some light stains on livingroom rug an scratches to livingroom floor before our stay but we took pics to show they were like that when we arrived but its an amazing apartment an we would deffo return an recommend 🥰

Spacious kitchen/living area with well designed furniture and comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The spring summer months would be best to make use of the outside space and pool. Would recommend that the garden furniture could be tidied away and out of immediate sight of bedroom during the winter months.

The location and accommodation was superb
