The apartment was beautiful with a great location staff were great an it was very simple process no issues will definitely be booking again

- Location is good. - Quiet area - The concierge is very helpful. - Reasonable price.

- The bathtub is clogged. The water drainage system is bad. - Need more bath tower to supply for 5 days and 4 persons.

Comfortable and clean flat, near a pizza place, bakery, market.

Wood floors had a section that need repair and a couple of the walls need repair and paint.

In a good and convenient location for the family

The apartment lacked basic things; enough toilet paper, sugar, oil, tea, coffee, salt. We asked for extra towels and didn't get them.

It was very difficult to get into the property, no proper instructions were given in advance for collection of key.

Just the location

The condo's location is great. However, the customer service experience was disappointing, with multiple calls and long wait times required to make contact. This significantly delayed our ability to access the apartment. The primary concern was the presence of substantial mold in several areas of the unit, which is unacceptable considering the premium price. This posed a health issue for those of us with mold sensitivities. While management offered a 20% refund, this compensation was inadequate given the severity of the problem. As frequent visitors to Lisbon, we've never encountered such conditions in previous accommodations. We strongly recommend the company address the mold issues, particularly in the master bedroom and bathroom, for the benefit of future guests and their business reputation.

Excellent location. The apartment size including the bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The apartment also has good natural light.

The basic maintenance was very poor. Master toilet flush was not working and the tub drain was blocked when we arrived. There is mold and seepage in the master bedroom. The kitchen appliances were very poor, only one wine glass and one broken wine glass, two small bowls for cereal, cutlery and crockery set was incomplete, the floor molding on the kitchen counter came off during our stay, the clothes washer and dryer has probably not been maintained for a long time. We sent many messages to the host manager, who did not even really acknowledge our complaints except to say that they would look into the floor molding in the kitchen after we leave! They sent wine glasses after I sent them pictures and also someone to fix the plumbing but this should have fixed before handing over the apartment.
