FLH Avenida da Liberdade Modern Flat

Great location and a very clean modern apartment. Walking distance to both the metro and also a good selection of restaurants and shops.

Every entry to the apartment block was by ringing the door bell and waiting to be let in by a watchman. On arrival entry to the actual apartment was done remotely via watsapp whilst we stood outside the door. This was very strange and confusing for us being older visitors but no alternative available.

Location is just perfect. You can reach most popular street within 2 minutes. Very clean, very comfortable, and very spacious apartment. And thank you so much Luan, you are wonderful receptionist.

The apartment is spacious indeed for 4 person. The bathroom in the master room is really huge and comfortable. Washing machine with dryer & dishwasher are provided which we needed a lot. Car garage is included so it is kind of convenient if you decided to rent a car for your Lisbon trip.

The check in & check out instructions are not clear in the website provided. So does the car garage, it is difficult for us to find it when the instruction is not clear enough. it should stated "the garage key will be in the room" + "after collection of key, will need to press the bell for someone to open the main door for you from inside". We thought we have the main door key but unfortunately we need to press the bell every time we back to apartment - The staff did not tell us about this when we were collecting the room key. Really frustrated and tiring as it took really long time to sort it out (communicate w the helper via WhatsApp) after a long day + flight delayed. note: they only accept cash for city tax

The size of all of the rooms in the apartment are great, with plenty of windows to allow fresh air to come in. Both bathrooms have great bathtubs. The showers were also great. The size of the bed in the master bedroom is just amazing. The kitchen and the living room's size are also perfect to accommodate 4 people.

The amount of toilet paper, dish wash liquid and soap provided weren't enough for the period we rented. They should at least double them for the next costumers. Also, you can see some mould in the walls there, so when the apartment is closed it smells bad.

Horrible place, a horrible location, the light switches don't work, or turn on lights in different rooms, no facilities, horrible location, collecting keys was 15 minutes away walking, and only after threatening to talk to booking they've given us a different location. I would not recommend it and FLH at all!!

great location. very safe to walk around. all attractions are an Uber ride away. super clean, modern, rooms are very comfortable. since we were arriving late, we hired private transportation through Feels like home, it’s was best decision since they took us to pick up the keys and then to the apartment. it was great.

the tub in the master room didn’t drain well, I emailed property management about it, but there was no response on that issue. otherwise they were very friendly.

Lots of space and technically had all that was needed. Two large bedrooms, lots of closets, huge master bathroom, large and bright living space. Building with the elevator and in the flat area of the city so very easy to get around even with the heavy luggage. A little bit away from the old town, but only a short walk (you will be walking so much in Lisbon that this is nothing) and two metro stations are next door so you can get anywhere you need. The place was nicely furnished, everything was clean and discent quality.

It was a shame that there was so little supplies in such a beautiful place. One bathroom rug for two bathrooms and not even a sweeper or a piece of rag to clean if the water spilled. Not a single paper towel, napkin or a garbage bag. Nothing to wash the dishes with, forget the dishwashing liquid, but not even a sponge. We came late, the supermarkets nearby close early, so we used the shampoo to wash the dishes. Two full walls of closets with about 8 hangers between them. We rent apartments all the time and had never seen such a stinginess. It should have been perfect 10 rating but all the little things where so very annoying.

Nice apartment and nice location

They provide coffee machine but didn’t provide coffee cups and even tea. We stayed for 4 nights but they provided bathroom supply just for 1 night
