O Dário é um excelente anfitrião, muito simpatico e muito disponível. A localização é muito boa, muito central e com facilidade de estacionamento.

A única coisa que alterava é a porta de entrada, talvez uma porta em madeira sem vidro, permitia eliminar a luminosidade, apesar de haver um black out, e por outro lado, permitia uma melhor insonorização.

The studio room is very well arranged and equippeed. Excellent location and host. Dario gave us many useful tips and welcomed us warmly.

Posizione centrale, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. facilità di parcheggio La struttura è pulita, è presente una macchina Nespresso con capsule fornite. la cucina era attrezzata ed c'erano olio, sale, pepe, tè, caffè. Fornito di guide e informazioni sul posto e sulle Azzorre.

Nessuna finestra, tranne la porta d'ingresso che costituisce l'unica fonte di luce e di aria. Poichè l'appartamento si trova al piano terra, con macchine parcheggiate davanti alla porta, è difficile far passare aria e luce. il bagno, che si trova alla fine dell'appartamento, non riceve alcuna areazione. nemmeno l'aria condizionata riesce a far asciugare le cose umide. vi è solo una cassettiera per i vestiti. A queste condizioni il rapporto qualità prezzo non mi sembra vamtaggioso

Posizione perfetta, gestore della struttura gentile, disponibile e pieno di consigli per visitare l'isola. La struttura è pulita e piacevole, c'è l'indispensabile e in aggiunta piccoli dettagli per coccolare il cliente.

Non è una camera con vista diciamo. L'ingresso e unica fonte di luce naturale è una vetrina sulla strada. Magari non è il massimo per soggiorni lunghi. Letto comodo ma piccolino.

Checkin muy tarde. Habitación a pie de calle sin ventanas y casi sin poder ventilar. Cocina y baño pegado a la cama. TV deficiente.

Wir wurden herzlich von Dario persönlich empfangen und haben eine umfassende Einweisung zu Horta und der Insel generell bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch, unseren Mietwagen konnten wir leicht in der Straße parken.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Es war schwer die Wohnung ohne die Klimaanlage zu durchlüften, diese hat jedoch gut funktioniert und ließ sich besonders nachts auch gut einstellen.

Excellent location for a couple of nights. The host is more than friendly in helping you out.

No windows, except the front door.

We had a great stay at Apartamento V4. The apartment is simple and on the smaller side, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The location is great - everything is within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. The host was friendly and very helpful, offering great tips on local restaurants and bike rentals, and arranged our airport transfers. Overall, a lovely stay and great value!

It’s not very soundproof and you can hear some noise from the road and the neighbors, but it was quiet at night, so it didn’t disturb our rest.
