Couldn’t lock sliding door

The pool was 3,5m deap and clean- very nice place to spend time with family. The Apartment was cozy, had all needed kitchen equipement, A/C and wifi.

It would be great to have more than one key (entrance to the pool and front door)

The location was amazing. 10-15 min walk to the Marina. The pool was nice and quiet too. The Air Conditioning was amazingly cool as well

Only one key made trips to and from the pool and shops etc a nightmare. We asked for extra pillows but unfortunately didn't get any. One pillow is just not enough for my neck to be comfortable. We were advised if staying for longer than 7 days we would get a clean and fresh towels. Unfortunately this didn't happen either. The pool and the building is looking very tired and things are looking very run down. It needs maintaining or it's just going to get worse. Cats nesting in a derelict building just down the steps from the pool.

Clean, with enough amenities to make the stay comfortable enough. Nice pool area.

Communication with staff was a bit patchy. When we arrived we noticed the door of the freezer did not close properly and the freezer had lots of ice as well as a paddle on the floor. It was obvious that it was not a new issue as the wood in the panel around it combed. I mentioned it to the agent who checked us in, who said would pass it on to her colleague in the office. That was the last we heard. Luckily my partner managed to get some of the ice off and got it usable for the week we stayed there. Got asked by message to provide passport details when we had already given them at the check in Also, I messaged to ask if we could check out 1 hour later, only got a reply on the afternoon on the day we had left. Mattresses really firm, we did not mind them but others may.
