Sea Gardens - Alvaflor - Vilamoura

Location is great and the price is reasonable for what you get

Beds where so uncomfortable. No toaster or no oven only a microwave and a small grill. No to much of an issue as we are out most nights. The biggest problem was being put on the third floor with us having a pram it was really inconvenient. The pool facilities where really dated and the children complained about having itchy skin whilst in the water so we left. We had to pay an extra €20 euros in cash for checking in late which seemed unreasonable but it was in the terms. I wouldn’t stay again regardless of the price it just wasn’t for us but as a budget accommodation it’s a good location.

Pool was nice. Property had everything we needed and was comfortable. Big TV and Netflix was a plus!

Was a bit of a walk to the Marina. Took about 15 mins of £3 in a taxi. There was also a stream he ongoing noise within the property.

Comfortable clean apartment

No refrigerator just a freezer. Also local noise all day on week days somebody using a metal cutting machine.

We have stayed here before last year ,Great location

No air con , but a part has been ordered bur we were given a fan which was amazing. The owners are giving us a discount of 10% off next year's hoilday

Next door having major alterations and they were very noisy We couldn’t get air con to work - probably just us!

No beds out at pool. Toilet broken

Very well equipped and clean. Large rooms and large bathroom. Lovely pool area.

The rooms could do with extra pillows available.

Bed was comfortable & plenty wardrobe space to hang clothes. Beautiful restaurant nearby called Portofino Steakhouse that ticked all the boxes for a lovely meal out.

Dirty floors on arrival, filthy shower curtain & no bath mat for safety when showering. No towel change in 7 days,(even though I emailed the person in charge, no toilet paper supplied. No receptionist on site, no safe, no bar/cafe or food available at these apts These apts are located in a cul de sac where the street lights are not working & when walking at night there is no visibility. The shrubs are so over grown over the footpaths that we had to walk in the middle of the road. Location is off the beaten track completely & taxis will not come to this area to collect you. Taxis were charging us a different fare each time they brought us home ie a longer route, that varied from €4.85 to almost €8.00 for same trip, not very nice Vilamoura Taxis. Nearest Spar is a good 10 minute walk, & it takes 25 mins to walk into the marina. These apts should no longer be available to holidaymakers if they can't compete with the standards of other properties available.
