B04 - Luxury 2 Bed with Top Terrace Pool

Nice pool, spacious flat with two bathrooms and comfortable beds!

The care given from the staff (answer to questions, disponibility) and towards the apartment (cleanliness, kitchen furniture) could be improved.

I found the place to be very spacious and clean. Smooth checkin.

Only 2 towels per person was provided for 3 night stay. No hand towels nor bath mats. Which was a big inconvenience. No access to TV channels. Also no detergent for dish washer or hand washing plates

Comfortable and cozy

Giant decks.

The falling fixtures. No shower curtain in main bath. Old broken deck furniture on front deck, no furniture on back deck. Broken down pillows. Needs paint.

Location is perfect, everything within walking distance and very quiet. Beach, marina, train station, town is only few minutes walk. Very handy who doesn't have their own transport. Plenty of parking places on the street. Beautiful views from terrace pool. Pool is very shallow, so its safe for children or adults who are not very brave in the water. There is a little gym as well, but you may need to request access. Also balconies from both sides of the apartment and apartment itself very spacious. Great WIFI. Its always windy and could be noisy, but at least its not hot,

Key pick up time is very limited so if you arrive late in the evening after 7 PM (if not wrong) or early in the morning, their office, which is quite far from the apartment, will be closed. Also apartment was not very clean, even there was a coffee spillage on the counter, it looked like preparation for the next guest was very rushed and job was not done properly. Curtains in the bedrooms needs to be washed. Air conditioning not working really, but fans are in each room.
