Ocean Cliffs Apartments

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach. The view from the balcony was really nice and made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and there is a bus stop nearby which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

The apartment had everything we needed for a 10 day trip. The bed was comfortable, the flat spotlessly clean and we had the facilities to cook great meals, which we ate in the evening on the balcony with a superb view. Salome was quick to respond to our queries and was there to greet us on our arrival. The apartment is ideally situated with good supermarkets about 5 mins away (the fish and seafood counters are fabulous!) The bus stop is a minute away and there’s a great local restaurant just opposite. This was definitely one of the nicest properties we’ve rented. Thank you, Salome!

The WiFi signal was a bit weak, though we had data so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Scenic ocean view, proximity to local beach and Funchal, great host

Slightly tight parking in the garage but should not be a problem for experienced driver

Die Unterkunft ist total schön eingerichtet und mit der Aussicht auf das Meer einfach ein Traum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief auch ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung hat zudem eine gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden.

The host was lovely and easy to contact, she left us cake and a drink which was a lovely touch. The apartment is nice and clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful! We would definitely stay again!

Very clean, best location and best host. The sea view is incomparable. We will come again for sure!! Also one week is not enough

Obviously, the view is the main highlight of the apartment! The balcony in the apartment is the best place for any meal:) In addition to the view, the apartment has a well-organised and lovely interior. I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. And the owner is a super nice lady! Additionally, the location is the best: very central, close to everything, two big supermarkets nearby, a lot of restaurants/ cafes / bars and a beach, and you can avoid the traffic jams that are so common in Funchal's center.

The mattress was not very comfortable: it made me roll to the middle.

The view from the balcony is great and the host is very nice.

The walls and ceilings in this building are quite "thin" which is why you can hear neighbor's noises. It was only two nights out of five though.
