"It was a memorable stay."

The property had a fantastic terrace facility with excellent sitting arrangements where we could sit and enjoy in open pur tea / breakfast and drinks. The location was also very close to Santa Apolonia station with lots of restaurants and supermarkets closeby. The pull out bed was good and kitchen was also useful.

The TV was not working with any cable channels. Also a proper kitchen napkin should be available.

"Good place to stay and visit Lisbon."

The location is very good - in the old city. Lot of restaurants and bars just in meters. Coffee was available for us.

The second bed wasn't ready for sleeping and there was a molt smell.

It was not mention anywhere that there will be no daily cleaning, When I asked for fresh towels They asked for 30€. The location is ok but s bit scary at nights. If you are young this is too ”old city” vibe

"Schmutzig, enttäuschend, unangenehm unprofesionell"

Das Appartment war beim CheckIn komplett schmutzig und eckelhaft. zB Haare und Zahnpasta auf den Fliesen, Blut Spritzer auf dem unteren Küchenschrank, 10cm dicke Eiskriste im Gefrierfach, Schimmel an den Fenstern, unbenutzbarer Wasserkocher, kaputter Schrank, schiefe abgebrochene Wandleuchte im Schlafzimmer, schmierige Spiegel, überall Staub und Flecken. Bei Reklamation schreibtan mit Roboter und bekommt automatische Antworten. Nach meinem Insistieren kam eine Reinigungskraft (der Herr konnte sich nicht verständigen) mit einer Plastiktasche voller Putzmittel, wusch sporadisch lustlos und verschwand ohne fertig geputzt zu haben!!! Enttäuschend, unangenehm und unprofessionell!!!
