Location, cleanliness and proximity to excellent restaurants.

The elevated level of the property is accessed by several sets of stairs, as is the Alfama area, so pack comfy shoes and a decent level of fitness.

Central location, nice terrace and chill area outside. Cosy and big appartment.

Parking area is a bit far, but for us was not a problem to walk for those 5-10min (it is possible to come close to appartment and leave the luggage)

Un appartamento molto confortevole, situato ad Alfama, vicino a molti ristoranti caratteristici, e con fermata metro e autobus a soli 10 min a piedi. Da tenere in considerazione che essendo Alfama poco e niente è pianeggiante. La terrazza, con vista cupola Pantheon è a dir poco favolosa, io ne ho approfittato e ho spento le candeline per il mio compleanno con una fantastica vista. L'appartamento comunque, molto carino e confortevole, situato però su due livelli, quindi non adatto a chi non può fare le scale. Tuttavia, penso che abbiano altri appartamenti non su due livelli quindi eventualmente bisogna chiedere. Pulizia discreta, appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario di cui si ha bisogno. Unica pecca era il televisore che non funzionava, nemmeno per Netflix, comunque il team disponibile e imminente nelle risposte per cercare di risolvere il problema.

Die Lage war hervorragend! Es hat einen schönen Sitzplatz um draussen zu verweilen, die Aussicht ist traumhaft und es hat unmittelbar an der anliegenden Strasse viele Restaurants und kleine Shops. Man ist schnell zu Fuss im Zentrum und auch das Quartier selbst ist sehr schön. Die Betten waren ausserdem sehr bequem.

Folgendes müssen wir leider kritisieren: Für einen Aufenthalt von vier Tagen zu zweit wurden uns lediglich zwei Rollen (dünnes) Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Anfrage zum Auffüllen wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir uns selbst darum kümmern müssen. Dies sollte vorher in der Beschreibung stehen und optimal wäre es, wenn sie eine realistische Menge an Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung stellen würden. Auch einen Besen oder sonst etwas um die Unterkunft selbst ein bisschen zu reinigen war nicht vorhanden. Der grössere Kritikpunkt allerdings war der Schimmel an den Wänden im Wohnzimmer und wenig auch im Schlafzimmer. Wir mussten jedesmal wenn wir in der Unterkunft ankamen lüften, da es stark schimmelig roch. Ich hoffe, dass sich jemand um das Schimmelproblem kümmert, dann ist es nämlich wirklich eine gute Unterkunft.

Apartamento bem novo, ar condicionado, cozinha, etc. Quartos separados, camas confortáveis. Tudo limpo e arrumado, recomendo.

Os dados de WIFI fornecido não funcionaram, só obtivemos os dados corretos no último dia de estadia. O portão de acesso não abre tão facilmente de dentro para fora, o botão estava sempre emperrado.
