"Lacking and company unresponsive."

It was close to city centre and the train station

The company gave us a disconnected number and the emergency number was useless. Also we needed extra pillow cases and it was impossible to reach the office. It is a company that is irresponsive to customer needs. I wouldn’t recommend not recommend them at all. The apartment had ants in the kitchen area.

"Bonne adresse"

La localisation La vue de la terrasse sur le panthéon (encore plus belle la nuit) L’appartement était bien pour 2 personnes Le fait d’avoir un code pour entrer (porte qui donne sur la ruelle et porte de l’appartement)

Les explications devraient être plus claires pour l’arrivée car personne ne nous attend comme indiqué sur booking. C’est la ruelle et non la rue du même nom, il faut être vigilant! La communication est rapide par message si nous avons une demande mais c’est la première fois que je n’ai aucun contact humain sur place.

"Excellent"

Comfortable, clean, safe apartment. We like walking so the stairs were ok for us (helped to balance the pastel de nata 😉). Great value.

Sensitive hotplate, kept alarming. We didn't actually use it, but just when wiping it down.
