Alfama

Très bien situé dans les ruelles d’Alfama. Tout se fait très bien à pied et le petit café juste à côté est parfait. La chambre était très propre et bien équipé.

Il manque de tablette dans la salle de bain, mais je me suis quand même bien débrouillé.

Great location in Alfama. It was perfect for a one night stay after landing in Lisbon and leaving from Santa Apolónia in the morning

Not really the property’s fault but we had to wage war on a rather large cockroach

The property had a good kitchen where we ate in the first two days of our stay, the position was also great.

The room felt a bit old, doors would not open properly and we did not have enough trash bags and toilet paper.

O estudio tinha todos os utensilios necessários incluindo maquina de cafe e 2 cápsulas, máquina lavar roupa, torradeira, chaleira e produtos como gel de banho e shampoo

Logo na primeira noite a porta da entrada do prédio deixou de fechar e o anfitrião não se disponibilizou para resolver o problema durante os dois dias seguintes. Para além disso no ato do pagamento na plataforma do booking lá dizia que estava incluido no preço todas as taxas e o anfitrião a meio da estadia pediu 4€/pessoa/noite de taxas municipais e para deixar na mesa antes de irmos embora. Evidentemente que não deixei e achei este comportamento alarmante.

Die Unterkunft war mit allem gut ausgestattet.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend. Im Badezimmer war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen und wir haben mehrere Kakerlaken gefunden. Zudem gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer. Der Besitzer hat uns nicht darüber informiert, dass der Weg zum Apartment extrem beschwerlich ist – mit schwerem Gepäck kaum zu bewältigen, da es sehr viele Treppen gibt und das Taxi nicht bis zur Unterkunft fahren kann. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Very good appartement, comfortable and well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate how everyhting was nicely set up .

We had two seperate beds attached and only found a one person mattress when it was cold .

la struttura è in una buona posizione, un po’ lontana dai quartieri della movida ma per visitare Lisbona è ottima perché è vicina al Se e da lì poi si inizia tutto il tour che può essere fatto anche a piedi tranquillamente. Inoltre ha microonde, lavandino, utensili da cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. L’unica pecca è che mancano prodotti per il bucato e mollette.

In generale la struttura è vecchia, mi da un senso di sporco, il letto è scomodo, e si sentono TUTTI i rumori che provengono dalle scale e dagli altri appartamenti. Un giorno abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi nel pianerottolo di ingresso. Ci sarebbe bisogno di una pulizia profonda, cambiare il materasso e gli utensili e cercare di insonorizzare un po’ le camere perché dormire è stato difficile.
