It has everything that you need for a good stay! The location is great. The apt was clean, and well equipped.

The person that’s managing communications is not very clear. Sends long texts in different languages and looks like she is not aware of how to charge the city taxes.

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Le quartier Alfama est très agréable, jolies petites ruelles, des restaurants. Le métro est proche. Il est possible de visiter beaucoup de choses a pied.

L'appartement est très mal isolé. Des voisins bruyants. Et une odeur d'humidité parfois. Mais pour quelques jours ou une semaine ça passe.

Location is in central Alfama, a real experience of the old alley walkways. Well secured and the instructions were clear enough that I felt it was not difficult to find. It has to be found on foot, and car services can only get you so close. Google Maps was also trying to send us towards some locked walkways, but there are alternative routes right next to them so no stress there. The unit itself is as advertised, clean and small, the bare minimum - had no qualms besides the shower drain.

Shower wasn't draining properly, took very quick showers to avoid it spilling over.

The whole experience was excellent... perfect location, the flat had everything we needed and more...beds were super comfy, aircon was a blessing and that shower gel smelled heavenly! And always someone in touch, just in case.

Really can't find anything to dislike, but if I really have to then let's say the shower, which was quite tricky with me being quite chunky, or it's just a sign to loose a few kg's 😜

There was a fridge, and cockroach spray. Keys were on site in a codebox.

The room smelled very musty with visible signs of water damage, perhaps mold and other issues. There was also a big cockroach. The apartment is not noise isolated, the bed is too soft and uncomfortable. Needs renovation!
