Maria is a wonderful host. The place was stacked with fruit and coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Under-ground private garage was less then 200m away. Very safe location. Easy to walk down Santa Catarina street to the main hub of Porto. Extremely clean, lots of towels.

Everything was great. Cute place and Maria is an amazing host. Would definitely stay there again.

Host communicated very well via Booking email. Host was very nice and welcoming. She provided many snacks, fruit and wine. Host provided a garage space for our car. The apartment provided a true sense of how people in Porto live.

Maria was such a friendly and helpful host and we were very happy to have been welcomed by her on our day of arrival! The apartment is very well-equipped (especially the kitchen) and it really has everything you need to feel at home - we were even able to wash and iron our laundry! There were also some snacks and drinks for us, which was very generous. Three different metro stations are close by so you can choose if you want to walk uphill or downhill. Also a variety of supermarkets and even a popular shopping street are basically around the corner. It's possible to walk to the famous bridge, the riverside and most sights from the apartment, we did that a couple of times. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Some things that unfortunately can't be changed but might be important for some people planning to stay here: Basically the whole city is under construction and so is the neighborhood of this apartment. During the week, various loud constructions in and around the building will wake you up at around 7.30 am. There was also a dog barking throughout one whole night and another time the co-working space on the ground floor had a little gathering outside untill 11 pm-ish. However, this won't be a problem for most with some ear plugs unless you are sensitive to noise and a light sleeper. Also, there is mold in the kitchen cabinets, probably unavoidable due to the humid weather.

Maria the host was super welcoming. The apartment is located perfectly to walk down to the historic city center with most of the sightseeing spots.

Everything! The Host, Maria is a rare gem! The attention to details is incredible! We were made to feel welcomed upon check in. She got us fresh fruits in the fruit basket, port wine and snacks for the kids. This is a beautiful touch Maria, keep it up! 👍🏻 The apartment is small but mighty, everything you need for an enjoyable stay was made available. Perfect for a family of 4 with small kids. Location is quite central, close to shops. I will highly recommend this place.

The air conditioner pipe should be placed in a bucket instead of leaving the water to drip on the floor, this can be accidental due to slippery surfaces especially for kids who tend to run about.
