all - disaster and fraud! - the bed-legs of both beds are not stable und are unsafe - the fan in the bathroom makes a hell of noise - no one can sleep when someone switches the light on - the bathroom door cannot be closed - the faucet is loose - the bathroom cabinet is broken - the sofa is scratched - cables hang from the ceiling - the kitchen is a mess - there were some leftover food on the plates when we arrived - missing pots, too old pans - apartment owner is not reachable I would have liked to show how loud the fan was, how unstable the beds were and how loose the faucet was. But you can't upload videos here. However, you can view reviews on Google Maps. Others obviously had the same problems. Apparently no one is interested in fixing it. Then, on the morning of the second day the power went out. We tried to contact the owner, in writing and by phone. No answer until the evening. Only after complaining to booking.com did he say he would try to take care of it, but he couldn't say by when. We then left the apartment and have been trying to get our money back ever since. The apartment owner then verbally confirmed to booking.com that we would get a refund and on the phone he assured us that we would get a full refund. But never in writing - now he doesn't get back to me or booking.com at all. Unbelievable when you consider how much time we lost. We are still waiting for our money.

Nothing, the hosts in particular are liars that try to take advantage and scam travellers

We had booked a two bedroom apartment and were placed in a one bedroom. Apartment We were told we will be given a refund for the first two nights that we never received and still chasing. Absolutely avoid this place.

The apartament was very charming and perfect for 2 or 3 people. The location was just perfect.

The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and not working at all and it didn't have a couple's bed.

Location good, apartment not bad. Restaurants around.

Beds not comfortable, sink and shower clogged,no TV.

The location, fact it had a kitchen

The fact it was not clean (curtain shower was dirty, the pillow is yellow and the bed sheets smelled funny), matresses were not comfortable, the entrance stairs was very difficult to access

Fantastic location in the heart of Lisbon.

All good, just expected to find a washing machine too.

Cleanliness and stairs

The location was fantastic. Minutes away from great restaurants and view points. Apartment was compact but, since we spent most of the time out sightseeing and had most of our meals out, it was perfect for our needs. The self- check-in was great.

The facilities and furniture were simple but not bad.
