FLH Portas do Sol Duplex with Terrace

Good location to visit lisbon. Terrace was nice

We stayed 3 nights and lift did not work at any time. We had a large suitcase and extremely difficult getting up and down steep steps. Customer service not helpful. Shower mouldy and blocked, making it slow to drain and backflow of grime.

No apareció el anfitrión, no nos contestó a una de las consultas, hacia muchísimo calor , no funcionaba el ascensor, olía fatal a Sumidero no lo recomiendo por eso estaba libre en estas fechas. DECEPCIONANTE.

Location was great and the apartment itself is wonderful. Lift was great to have for heavy bags. Taxi not able to drive up street but not an issue for us.

Main downside to the apartment is the sloped roof for anyone too tall, using the back room sink. We visited in June and with the Lisbon festival on you are kept up until 2am with loud music and people shouting, especially Friday and Saturday. I would stay again but not in the month of June.

Great location and very spacious apartment. Self-check-in process was very smooth. The staff were very responsive. It’s on the top floor of the building so it’s very quiet at night. The reason I only rated 8 out of 10 was 1) the mattress was too soft for our liking 2) the cleanness of the shower was disappointing— however when I raised it with the staff, they responded promptly to sort it out.
